Google is investigating a bug in Android 14 that is causing some users to lose access to their storage when they have multiple profiles on their devices.
When the bug occurs, the primary user profile on the device can no longer access storage, while secondary profiles can still access storage. This means that the primary user cannot take photos or videos, download files, or install or uninstall apps.
Google has not yet released a fix for the bug, but the company has confirmed that it is investigating the issue. In the meantime, Google has advised users who are experiencing the bug to avoid switching to their primary profile if they have multiple profiles on their device.
