Google is investigating a bug in Android 14 that is causing some users to lose access to their storage when they have multiple profiles on their devices.

When the bug occurs, the primary user profile on the device can no longer access storage, while secondary profiles can still access storage. This means that the primary user cannot take photos or videos, download files, or install or uninstall apps.
