Blue Origin’s highly anticipated New Glenn rocket launch has faced another delay.
The company announced that conditions at sea remain unfavorable for a safe booster landing, prompting a 24-hour postponement. The launch is now scheduled for three hours starting Monday at 1 AM ET.
This marks the second delay since the mission’s original January 10th target. Blue Origin remains focused on ensuring optimal safety conditions for its reusable booster, a critical element in its mission strategy.
New Glenn Launch Update: Sea state conditions are still unfavorable for booster landing. We're shifting our NG-1 launch date by one day to no earlier than January 13. Our three-hour window remains the same, opening Monday at 1 a.m. EST (0600 UTC).
