Meta is planning to roll out a new feature that will allow users to delete their Threads account without having to delete their Instagram account.
This feature will be available in the settings menu in a new “Delete or Deactivate Profile” section.

This is a long-awaited feature that many users have been asking for, and it’s great to see that Threads is finally listening to its users.
This feature is yet to come, Meta is planning to roll out this feature for everyone soon.
