Nvidia has released a new driver update, version 572.65, to fix black screen problems on RTX 50-series graphics cards.
This comes after the 572.60 update, which tried to fix the issue but did not work for everyone.
The hotfix mainly solves a problem where some computers show a black screen when using DisplayPort with certain monitors. Even though the system starts up, the screen stays blank. Nvidia says their team always works on updates to improve performance and fix bugs. This new driver is meant to make displays work properly.

Some brands like MSI have also released vBIOS updates to fix these black screen issues. However, Nvidia says installing this driver update should be enough, and users do not need to update their GPU firmware.
If you are having black screen problems, download the 572.65 hotfix driver from Nvidia’s official website. If the issue continues, Nvidia suggests contacting their support team or your graphics card manufacturer for help. This update should make RTX 50-series graphics cards work better and more reliably.
