Slack suffered a massive outage where users cannot connect, messages cannot be sent and received, and channel history cannot be retrieved.
Reports of Slack’s connection issues rushed in at around 9:57 a.m. EST, according to DownDetector. At 10:14 a.m. EST, Slack confirmed that it is suffering from an outage.
When the outage initially occurred, Slack stated it was affecting messaging and causing connection issues. Since then, it has progressed into an outage across all of Slack’s services.

Update, 11:30AM ET: Added that Slack has upgraded the problem to a full outage of its services.
