Threads users, rejoice! You can now keep your posts off of Instagram and Facebook. Meta has finally added a new opt-out feature to its messaging app, giving users more control over their privacy.
To opt out of having your Threads posts suggested on Instagram or Facebook, simply open the Threads app and tap the two lines in the top right corner. Then, select “Privacy” followed by “Suggesting posts on other apps.” Here, you can toggle off the switches for Instagram and Facebook.
With the new opt-out feature, Threads users can now choose to keep their posts private to the app or share them with their Instagram and Facebook followers as well. This gives users more flexibility and control over their social media presence.
