The microblogging site Twitter has resumed its account verification request after halting more than a month.
Twitter announced it’s “back to rolling out access to request a blue badge.” The company said it put a pause on new applications in order to improve “the application flow and review process.” That may have something to do with the fake accounts that the company accidentally verified in July, but maybe Twitter has now learned from its mistakes.

Last month, Twitter admitted that several fake accounts, which reportedly seemed to be part of a botnet, were incorrectly verified.
