The outage impacted users across multiple regions, with the highest number of reports coming from North America, Europe, and parts of Asia. Key Microsoft 365 services such as email, collaboration tools, and file sharing became inaccessible, resulting in a surge of complaints and support requests. Azure customers faced disruptions in virtual machines, databases, and other critical cloud infrastructure, affecting a wide range of operations from web hosting to application development and deployment.
