Key Microsoft 365 services such as email, collaboration tools, and file sharing became inaccessible, resulting in a surge of complaints and support requests. Azure customers faced disruptions in virtual machines, databases, and other critical cloud infrastructure, affecting a wide range of operations from web hosting to application development and deployment.
