X has announced that it will be shutting down its Circles feature on October 31, 2023.
Circles was a feature that allowed users to share posts with a limited group of people, rather than with all of their followers.

In a blog post announcing the shutdown, X said that the company had decided to focus on “core features” and that Circles had not been used as much as the company had anticipated.
